Our Groove Body Full-Length Pillow has the following measurements:

How To Sleep On It

Side sleepers should lie alongside the full-length of the pillow, then hug it with one leg over it, this way their weight is evenly distributed along the whole length of the pillow.

By doing this, the spine is properly and beneficially aligned during sleep.

How To Adjust It

There is a zip on the side of the body pillow. After unzipping, you will find shredded memory foam inside the body pillow that you can remove in order to adjust the level of firmness and support.

How To Care For It

The cover is soft and easily washable in the machine on 30 degrees.

Do not wash the pillow itself as this can damage the foam. Fluff regularly for best results.

    Versatile

    It is not a big as some reviews say (but we have a king size bed), but still big enough to brace neck and knees comfortably.

    I have stopped snoring and don't wake up with back pain!

    Only missing a colourfull pillow case but for now it will do!

    Very happy so far!

    I sleep so much better

    I didn’t realise how much I tossed and turned trying to find a comfortable position. Now I cuddle my pillow and quickly go to sleep and stay asleep. Because my posture is better overnight I don’t groan when I get up in the morning. A great body pillow. My only regret not getting one earlier

    A Goodnight’s Sleep!!

    I thought this was a little large for the bed on first sight but had an excellent night’s sleep and woke with no hip pain at all. I didn’t move all night I was so comfortable and really don’t think I could sleep without it now.

    So simple and so effective well worth the price.
