How long does memory foam last, and is there a guarantee?
Can you wash Memory Foam pillows?
The special composition of foam means the pillow itself can't be washed.
However, the Groove Original and Groove Adjustable 2.0 pillows come with a plush quilted pillow cover, to protect the inner, which is fully machine washable.
We also sell additional pillow covers; these are a great way to rejuvenate your pillow.

How long does delivery take? Are you in the UK?
We ship daily, Monday to Friday, from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days and a tracking number is provided at checkout.
