How To Use It

Back Sleeping: Lie on your back with knees slightly bent and position the lumbar pillow just above the hips so it fills the natural gap between your lower back and the mattress. There are two removable panels that you can add or remove for a comfortable, supportive fit.

Side Sleeping: Lie on your side with knees slightly bent. Place the lumbar pillow between your waist and the mattress, removing or adding the panels to support the natural curve of your spine.

Sitting: Position the pillow against your lower back, aligned with the natural curve of your spine. Rest against a chair or headboard and adjust the height as needed to maintain consistent support.

How to Adjust It

The Lumbar Pillow has removable foam panels to the rear, enabling you to customise the thickness and firmness to suit your unique body shape.

Care And Warranty

The quilted jacquard outer can be machine washed at 30 degrees with your normal white bedding.

Please do not wash the pillow itself.

    Great little pillow

    I can't believe the difference this little pillow has made to my life. My backache has totally gone since I started using it. I like that I can adjust it to use sitting on the sofa or lying in bed. I rotate between my side and back when sleeping and this little pillow stays put and supports my back all night. I would urge anyone who has back problems to give it a try. I am really amazed at the difference it has made.

    Multiple uses for me great value

    Use it when I sleep either side or even when I sleep on my back.

    Also find it very handy to pop behind my back on the sofa, but use it when driving and it offers a lot of additional support and relief.
