How To Sleep On It

Side sleepers should lie alongside the full-length of the pillow, then hug it with one leg over it, this way their weight is evenly distributed along the whole length of the pillow.

By doing this, the spine is properly and beneficially aligned during sleep.

How To Adjust It

There is a zip on the side of the body pillow. After unzipping, you will find shredded memory foam inside the body pillow that you can remove in order to adjust the level of firmness and support.

How To Care For It

The cover is soft and easily washable in the machine on 30 degrees.

Do not wash the pillow itself as this can damage the foam. Fluff regularly for best results.

    Get into the groove

    So happy I purchased a body pillow! even though my husband looked at me in a very strange way!

    Used in conjunction with the groove pillow for my poor neck! It’s absolutely great!!! Well worth the money!

    Long and comfortable

    I brought this for relaxing and reading. It is comforting and will be lovely to use in the winter too as I can wrap it quite far around 👍it is softer than the adjustable groove pillow I brought at the same time but very helpful if you need to sleep on your side 👍and you can take out filling if there is too much ! Although I like it just as it is . I have used both pillows in the very hot weather we have had this year and found them both to be cooler than my normal pillows 👍which are now in a bin 👍😃only thing I do not like is the cover it comes with as I do not like the feel of it ! But that is just personal preference . So have for now put 2 v pillowcases on it as it is very long and will buy one that is stone washed cotton if possible as I like the feel of this . would recommend this site for both this long term his pillow and the adjustable pillow too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
