Why Side Sleepers Run Hotter
When you sleep on your side, your shoulder and neck compress against the pillow, trapping warm air in a pocket between your face and the mattress.
There's less natural airflow around your head than in back sleeping, and the pillow contacts more of your neck and cheek surface, meaning more heat transfers into the foam.
How the Groove® Air helps side sleepers
The 40 ventilation channels in the Groove® Air foam are positioned throughout the core, drawing heat away from exactly the areas a side sleeper contacts most.

I bought these pillows, (actually I was only going to buy one but there was an offer to buy two at a discounted price) for my husband as he has ongoing neck and shoulder pain. His pain has significantly reduced since using the pillow and I love mine. It keeps cool even through the recent heatwave so my head and neck are comfortable. The pillow keeps my head, neck and shoulders in the right place and I like that it is suitable for left or right side sleeping and on your back. I sleep really well since getting mine and I would definitely recommend.

A real game changer, this pillow has immensely helped with neck pain and sleepless nights.
It's so comfortable and effectively remains cool even during the summer nights.
It only took the first night for me to get used to the shape and consistency. Great for side and back sleeping.
This is the third neck pillow I've tried throughout the years and the one I will be sticking with for the foreseeable future.
Finally, considering the reasonable price, I would totally recommend.

I do not usually leave reviews but had to leave one for Groove Pillows. I had been deciding whether to purchase the Groove Pillows for quite a while. After extensive research I ordered two airflow pillows and two cooling blankets. The order arrived with days but there was a mix up in the order which I was amazed was sorted within a few days. The pillows have really helped with my neck pain (spondylitosis) and menopause. I'm not waking up in the night with hot flushes. It does take a few weeks to adjust to using them due to the shape but worthwhile. My husband is sleeping better even though he doesn't suffer pain. The cooling blankets have helped with keeping our bodies regulated so we are sleeping better and not waking up hot at night.
We have tried various pillows to no affect until we tried Groove Pillows we are actually amazed they actually do help with pain relief and better quality of sleep . I would definitely recommend Groove Pillows. I've just ordered travel bags for the pillows as I will be taking them on holiday.
