    Back neck releif

    This is the only pillow that helps my bad neck. I have degenerative discs and spondolosis of the upper neck, so i need a good supportive pillow to sleep.

    I have used Groove pillows for the last few years, and just started using the new air cooling pillow. This pillow is a little softer in feel and texture, not as stiff as my last one, which gives it a more luxurious and comforting feel. This is my favourite pillow of all and cant recommend highly enough.

    Wouldn't be without it

    Absolutely love my new Groove pillow, I have the original pillow but also bought the new improved version - very cool and comfortable especially in the heat of summer. . No problems with stiff neck or shoulders since using Groove. Does the job perfectly, and Groove Pillows is an excellent company to deal with. Highest recommendation.

    It’s cool

    I already have one of the original Grove pillows so I know that they are comfortable and puts your neck in the grove to give a supported sleep position and also eases neck strain. As I am always hot I decided to try the air cooling pillow , it has a different type of cover which is cooling to the head and very comfortable. I would recommend trying this one as well, maybe one for the summer and one for the winter.

    Does exactly what it says. Would recommend.

    I’ve had mine for a couple of weeks now and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I’m all over the place as a sleeper and can rarely find the right spot and get comfortable. I’ve had blocky memoryfoam pillows before that have been hot, heavy and rigid but this is much more lightweight and adaptable while it retains structure for the support you need. I’m a front, back and side sleeper and the design of this really allows for all. 10/10 would recommend. Surprised I’ve not already bent it all out of shape.

    Highly Effective Pillow

    This is the second pillow I have purchased having been delighted with the original design.The cool air pillow really does provide a cooler surface which in the recent heatwave was absolutely amazing.Since using the groove pillows my neck and shoulder pain has been totally relieved.I get a great quality of sleep without waking up in pain trying to get comfortable.The best investment you can make if you suffer this type of pain.
