I previously had the standard height pillow which was great but a little too high for my neck. I'm 5'2".
Love the ability to reduce the height and play around with the different inserts. Had to take the bottom insert and both side ones out but now perfect. My neck no longer aches in the morning.

Relieved the pain and stiffness from a trapped nerve within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend. I think the 2.0 is the way to go unless you are quite small. Also seems to stay cooler in the summer than a normal pillow.

Magic pillow
So much better than the original. By taking out the layers this pillow is the correct height. It has had an amazing effect on reducing neck pain and even stabilised a migraine and took it away.
