Groove® Original Sleep Essentials Bundle

I waited 6 months, looking at all the different pillows on the market. Finally took the plunge and so happy! Great pillow, it's really helped with my neck ache and making me more aware of my sleeping position. I didn't realise how much I used my hand to prop up my head!!! No wonder I was in pain. Highly recommend!

I bought the bundle because it was a financially better option, as I was interested in the pillow itself and a matching pillowcase. The mask is a nice extra. Now the pillow - I needed a quick help for my neck pain and it did the job. very well. Cannot think of sleeping on any other pillow now, well, I actually tried my pains and aches came back.

I was a bit sceptical about buying another pillow and kept putting it off but wish I’d bought the groove pillow earlier as it’s made such a difference to my sleeping. I suffer from frozen shoulder which made sleeping difficult as it causes neck pain but it’s improved immensely since sleeping with the groove pillow. I also suffer from migraines and used to wake up early morning with headaches and this has lessened. I’ve told my daughter who is a physio to tell her colleagues to recommend this product. Recently brought my 2nd Groove Orignal Pillow to take on hols with me. These amazing pillow's have basically enabled me to sleep. I have arthritis in neck + until I found Groove I had to endure the pain whilst attempting to sleep with all sorts of pillows. I was initially sceptical at how this very firm pillow could help me + it took perhaps a good week to get used to it. But I did + am still astonished that it keeps my neck in it's perfect alignment apparently.

Of course i am now very precious about my pillows + refused to pop it in the suitcase in case they both went awry. It went in my hand luggage - yes it rolls up with a little fight but it's worth it - an excellent + essential holiday companion 😀
