Extremely happy with my groove pillow. I have a long-standing neck issue and being only 5 ft 2", some of the cervical pillows can be rather high, so I purchased the one where you can remove up to a couple of layers. It's excellent and I am not waking with any neck pain. Can highly recommend the product and service of this company.
Thinking of purchasing the travel pillow. Can you tell me if the travel one has adjustable layers and if not, how deep is it compared with your standard cervical pillow? Thank you.

I had tried all my Pillows in various combinations, but woke every morning with pain in my neck and shoulders. Roll on the groove pillow and I am sleeping well and gone are my morning aches and pains. If you are a back and side sleeper this is perfect!
