Groove® Wraparound Cotton Sleep Mask

This wraparound mask is great. I was a little unsure at first as it goes right round the head with a wide (totally adjustable) band. Surprisingly comfortable to sleep in, even for me, who tosses and turns quite a bit. My husband loves his, keeps out the light from a street light outside our bedroom. We thought they might be too bulky, but not at all and they are so soft.

I’m a very light sleeper and am frequently woken at dawn in the summer months, so am always on the look out for a decent eye mask, and have tried dozens over the years.

When I received the Groove sleep mask I was initially a little disappointed as it seemed a little insubstantial although the cotton fabric is lovely and soft.

How wrong I was! This is without doubt the most comfortable sleep mask I have tried. The thinner fabric means side sleeping is comfortable with no bulky fabric around the ears. The adjustable strap means you can tailor the size exactly. There is a slightly padded section over the nose which is very comfortable.

The mask completely blocks light and is the only mask I have ever been able to keep on all night.
