    Groove adjustable memory foam pillow

    I concur with all the favourable reviews already submitted. I previously owned a Tempur pillow but decided to try the Groove one for a change and no longer wake up with an occasional headache and stiff neck . I have definitely slept better as my neck has felt well supported and my sinuses haven’t bothered me as much either.

    Because of my small frame I could actually have got away with the Original pillow as I ended up taking out all the additional padding as it was too high otherwise.

    I would highly recommend this Pillow.

    Great design - really good for side sleepers

    I bought this pillow because I had started experiencing neck pain. I am so glad I did. It sorted my neck pain out straight away and is really comfortable. I mainly sleep on my side and for me, the way the pillow is designed accommodates my shoulder and supports my neck so well. My partner ordered one after I got mine and it has also helped with his shoulder pain. Would definitely recommend.

    Epic Pillow for Tall Side and Back Sleeper

    I’ve finally found it! The perfect pillow that works for me as a tall woman who is a side and back sleeper! The customization of this pillow to meet my sleeping needs is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I can have an high loft on the sides and a perfect indentation for when I sleep on my back. After trying dozens of pillows, this one is finally a keeper! No more shoulder and neck pain!Highly recommend!!

    It worked for me!

    I was sceptical, I had neck pain for months and had already tried 2 other neck pillows (Tempur and John Lewis) which didn’t help at all. In desperation I thought I’d try a third and so pleased I did. It’s been about 4 weeks and I have most of my mobility back and although the pain has not gone completely it has made a huge difference. I’ve also been taking curcumin tablets and rubbing turmeric oil but I believe this pillow has made the biggest difference, will be recommending this brand to friends for sure.

    Huge difference

    Have been having shoulder/neck/ back pain for several years. Changed my bed, sofa, used various different pillow s but the Groove Pillow seems to have made the biggest difference. I wasn't sure about a foam pillow as I thought it might be too hot but it doesn't seem to be. Took a couple of days getting used to it but it is now really comfy and I am no longer getting neck pain. It also discourages me from sleeping on my stomach (my natural favourite position- and what seems to be worst for my back), I now have the right amount of support that I can sleep on my back and my side.
