    3 in 1 knee Pillow

    Over the years I have purchased various body and knee pillows to help with back pain and stiffness, but have always stopped using them as they were uncomfortable and made me hot. However the Groove 3 in 1 knee Pillow is great, I don’t get hot in the night and am waking up with no stiffness or pain. Thank you Groove

    I like the groove knee pillow, I am a back sleeper and I find it comfortable and I find I sleep better, I have it opened out as I sleep on my back and I have it under my knees, my husband on the other hand is more of a side sleeper to start with then he might turn on his back, he couldn’t get on with his knee pillow he didn’t like it between his thighs, we also Jane the groove pillows and both of us find them extremely comfortable

    Really helped menopause aches n pains

    Oh wow, I love this pillow!

    I also have the original groove pillow so it was a no brainier when I was researching knee/hip ones too go for Groove again.

    Since hitting the Dreaded Menopause Era my hips and lower back have got really achey, especially lying in bed as a side sleeper.

    This has really helped, it's surprising what a difference it makes having that top knee lined up.
