I’m still getting used to it about 6 weeks but persevering.
In comparison to the Dorma ortho pillow I have been using for a few years, it feels like a brick. And I do sometimes have to revert back to that at some point in the night. But the Groove pillow has almost fixed my issues!! I had been suffering from nerve type aches day and night in the backs of my upper arms for months and had an ulna nerve pain in one elbow which made it impossible to lean on my elbow. I did a ChatGPT on my symptoms and it said it was my sleep posture, recommending a pillow with a neck groove (I do a mix of side and back sleeping).
Within days of starting to use it my upper arm aches were almost gone (just some days I feel it - maybe when I’ve spent too much time on my Dorma one!!) but the ulna nerve problem is gone!!
So yes I would recommend for sure; just persevere if you’re not used to something firm, and if you do have to keep reverting to a softer pillow for some of the night for a while, it’s better than giving up and missing out in n the benefits.
