Is there a good pillow for migraines?

    i had a operation 9 years ago, fused c5,6,7. since then i have had neck and shoulder pain. i tried every pillow under the sun and a shoulder and neck heat pack..i was not sure if this pillow would work, first few nights to a bit of getting you too . but it worked, i not saying its 100 % better for me but definitely 95 %. Pain in my shoulders has gone, pain in my lower neck gone. i still got some pain in my upper neck but i think that’s old age. I’m glad i brought the adjustable pillow for a few pounds more. i would defiantly recommend trying this pillow as it works

    The perfect pillow!

    I have tried probably 10 different pillows that all claimed to solve neck pain and none of them did. The groove adjustable pillow has done just that! I was worried it would be too firm but after a few nights sleep my neck feels great when I wake up. 10/10 would recommend this pillow

    Really helps stiff neck

    I have replaced my older groove pillow with a new adjustable pillow. But I’ve found myself going back to my old one! I think the new one is a tad too high and I need to make some adjustments but I’m not sure how to do it - all feels a bit complicated but I haven’t sat down and had a good look yet.

    Anyway I would recommend groove pillows in general for neck issues. I still get pain in my shoulders and they haven’t helped with that but I have inflammation in a couple of joint so that would be a big ask.
