    Very supportive pillow

    I bought the groove pillow as I have suffered neck /shoulder pain for more years than I care to remember

    I have to say it took me a few nights to get used and never felt too much different in the first week. However I have persevered and have to say although my neck pain is cured it is somewhat more manageable and I feel the pillow aids a much better sleep than I had before. I also bought the pillowcase which I love as it is so smooth like silk so I’m hoping as well as relieving my neck pain the pillowcase will aid wrinkle a free face in the mornings . All in all a very good buy. I would recommend it .

    I am a tall person who often suffers from neck stiffness and the usual aches and pains. I have had the GROOVE pillow for over a week, has it made a difference? I would honestly say yes, it has been designed and thought through for people like me. I sleep on my side and the side support works. Its overall a very good alternative to a pillow and as we spend a third of our lives in bed, the pillow plays as an important part as the mattress.

    This is the second batch of Groove pillows I have bought! I was suffering severe neck pain/headaches and this pillow has really helped - I have had to replace it after 2.5 years as the support was wearing out. My husband is a snorer but this problem went on the first night of his trying! (I was on the verge of decamping to the spare room after years of lack of sleep!). Highly recommended!

    I have recently bought a Groove Pillow and can honestly say it has transformed my sleep. I had a neck operation a number of years ago and have struggled to find a pillow that does not leave me with neck pain in the morning. More recently I have been waking in the night with neck pain. The Groove Pillow design means that my neck and head are properly supported regardless of whether I sleep on my back or side and therefore I get a full night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. If you suffer neck pain I would definitely recommend you give Groove Pillow a try. As an added bonus it is also very reasonably priced.
