S/M - 54cm in length x 9cm in height - Suitable for most

M/L - 66cm in length x 11cm in height - Suitable for broader necks
How do I wash the cover?
The cover is soft and easily washable in the machine on 30 degrees. Do not wash the pillow itself as this can damage the foam. Fluff regularly for best results.     Really helped my neck pain

    I love these pillows. I used to wake up every morning with neck pain but with these pillows I sleep comfortably whether on my side or my back. Ive now bought two more so I can leave one at my son’s and one at my daughter’s so I’ll sleep well when I’m there too!

    Great in the car!

    I have chronic neck pain which is exacerbated by long car journeys as a passenger. Can never get comfortable. The neck pillow has given me huge relief.

    Good idea - will know more when I take it on my next travels

    Since I suffer from chronic neck pain, I always have to take a neck cushion with me on all car journeys and longer journeys on public transport. The normal style of neck cushion is good in the car and I keep one there so it won't be forgotten. But when I go out in other people's vehicles I have to carry the cushion with me, which means that this latest offering from Groove Pillows is ideal - space-saving and easier to hold in its travel bag.

    So far I have not used it enough to be a valid test, though I have found it comfortable to wear and have great hopes for it based on my experience of the original Groove Pillow (invaluable!!!).
