I've had my pillow for a couple of months now and so far, so good! Having suffered neck & shoulder pain for a long time I've tried several pillows but this is the first one that's made a difference.

The pillows are very comfortable. I used to use a V shape but they take up a lot of space. Groove are far far better and I am sleeping well with no neck or shoulder problems
