    It worked for me!

    I was sceptical, I had neck pain for months and had already tried 2 other neck pillows (Tempur and John Lewis) which didn’t help at all. In desperation I thought I’d try a third and so pleased I did. It’s been about 4 weeks and I have most of my mobility back and although the pain has not gone completely it has made a huge difference. I’ve also been taking curcumin tablets and rubbing turmeric oil but I believe this pillow has made the biggest difference, will be recommending this brand to friends for sure.

    Huge difference

    Have been having shoulder/neck/ back pain for several years. Changed my bed, sofa, used various different pillow s but the Groove Pillow seems to have made the biggest difference. I wasn't sure about a foam pillow as I thought it might be too hot but it doesn't seem to be. Took a couple of days getting used to it but it is now really comfy and I am no longer getting neck pain. It also discourages me from sleeping on my stomach (my natural favourite position- and what seems to be worst for my back), I now have the right amount of support that I can sleep on my back and my side.

    Helped solve my neck pain and migraines

    The pillow has really made a genuine difference to the neck and upper back/shoulder pain I would get and reduced the tension headaches/migraines I suffer from. It’s definitely worth trying out. It seems well made and designed. It can feel quite firm which takes some getting used to. The ability to adjust the height overall and in each ‘zone’ is really useful but I would say it could be improved further by offering one more ‘level’ of adjustment, for example, being able to remove two of the middle groove adjustable pieces rather than just one.

    Adjustable pillow

    This is my second pillow the first being the original witch was great , my new adjustable is even better being able to take out panal is a great idea although I’ve stuck to original set up it works for me

    Highly adaptable

    I’ve had orthopaedic pillows in the past, but always felt they were too high for my neck, and had to turn them around if I wanted to read or sleep on my back. Because of the central groove, this pillow doesn’t have this problem. And because I bought the adjustable pillow, I have tailor made it to suit me, with the central part of the pillow at its bottom height and the sides at mid height. Perfect!
