We will happily arrange a hassle-free return and give you a full refund once we get the product back, or we can process an exchange if you’d prefer to try a different item.
How do I arrange my return or exchange?

Our team will reply with the return authorization and instructions on how to send the pillow back. You don’t need to worry about complicated procedures or forms. Remember to use the original packaging to repack the pillow, and make sure to contact us before sending anything back so that we know to expect your return.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
After the returned item arrives at our facility, we typically inspect it and approve the return within 1-2 business days. We will then issue your refund immediately on our end.

Can I send the pillow back without contacting you?

If you send a package back unannounced (whether to our headquarters address or to the sender address on the original shipment), it will not be accepted by our warehouse and therefore cannot be refunded.
The proper return destination is different from our main office and the original shipping facility, so attempting to send the item back on your own can result in the package being lost or returned to you.
