Step 1: Unboxing Your Groove® Pillow
As a sustainability-first company, we’ve ensured all our packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable. Our boxes are recyclable, and the plastic wrap around your pillow is biodegradable. Unboxing and unwrapping are simple, so we won’t explain them to you! But here’s what you can expect on arrival: The Groove® Pillow in compressed and rolled to minimise packaging. When you remove your Groove® Pillow from it's biodegradable plastic packaging, please allow it a day or two to breathe and return to its full shape.

Place it inside a pillowcase. Your pillowcases at home will work fine, but they may be a little loose. You can't go wrong with an Groove® 100% Cotton Pillowcase, but depending on your preference you might be tempted by a Premium Silk or eco-friendly Tencel or Bamboo case.

Step 3: How To Position on Your Bed
Simply replace your existing pillow with the Groove® Pillow and ensure the contoured dip is positioned to support your neck as per the image below. Done!

Step 4: Best Practice For Sleeping Positions
For best results, we strongly recommend sleeping on your back. This is scientifically proven to be the most effective position for reducing neck pain. While it can be less effective for reducing neck pain, you can use the pillow as a side sleeper as well. More on each of these sleeping styles are below.

To sleep on your back, sleep with your head in the contoured dip in the middle of the pillow. Your neck will feel supported, and you should feel your spine align and your neck straighten.
