• Is there an adjustment period with the Groove® Pillow?

  

  Yes — and that’s totally normal.
  Most people notice a difference within the first few nights, but it can take up to 2 weeks for your body to fully adjust to a new pillow. That’s why we recommend giving it at least 7–14 nights to settle in.

  The pillow is designed to support your neck and spine in a new, healthier position — so at first, it may feel unfamiliar. But that usually means it’s doing its job.

  That’s also why we offer a 100-night trial: to give your body time to adapt before deciding if it’s right for you.

• Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  

  If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If it’s already on the way, we’ll help with a return or exchange.

• What are the dimensions of the Groove® pillow?

  

  The Groove® pillow measures 60 x 36 x 12 cm (23.6 x 14.2 x 4.7 inches).

• Can I wash the cover?

  

  Yes — the cover is fully removable and machine washable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle and air drying for best results. This ensures your pillow stays clean and fresh for extended use. (Do not wash the actual pillow, though, as this can damage the foam).
