Our pillow is shipped rolled, in a vacuum pack for your convenience. When it arrives, remove all packaging and allow it to unravel on a flat surface. You should use the Groove 2.0 alone, without other pillows.
Back Sleepers: Sleep with your head in the central groove, adjusting the depth to support your unique shape.
Side Sleepers: Lie with your face resting on either of the raised lateral sides, adjusting them to support your natural resting position. Your shoulders should fit snugly underneathHow to adjust it
The 2.0 pillow has 4 removable panels to adjust the height of both the lateral sides and the central groove.
Option 1 - Overall Height: Add or remove the base panel, for an overall increase or decrease in pillow height.
Option 2 - Side Panel Height: Add or remove the panels on either of the lateral sides, to increase or decrease support in side sleeping positions.
Option 3 - Central Groove Height: Add or remove the central panel, to increase or decrease the depth of the groove whilst sleeping on your back
You can also combine Option 1 with Option 2 and 3 for a truly customised solutionHow to care for it
The 2.0 Pillow Outer Cover is fully machine washable at 30 degrees centigrade / 86 Farenheit.
Do not wash the pillow itself, as this will damage the foam and void the warranty.
Fluff and air your pillow regularly for best results.
