Four removable panels offer 3 overall heights, and 2 depths - adjusting the depth of the central 'groove' or raising the side panel height. Matching pillow height to your frame is essential - too high overstretches the neck; too low and the neck compresses into the shoulders. The Groove Adjustable 2.0 alleviates neck pain by aligning the head and spine, reducing pressure and relieving tension in the upper body.
